Wusthof's Silverpoint is the combination of Wusthof quality, while still being cost-effective. This range is made from from high-carbon stainless steel, formulated to stay sharp and resist stains. The blades are cut by laser rather than stamped, for less stress on the metal and to retain a steel consistency that passes Wusthof's quality control standards.
