The Wusthof Oyster Opener is an excellent traditional oyster opening knife. Equipped with a sturdy full tang blade for exquisite control and fluidity of movement, the high quality blade has double-bevel edge to ensure that various shellfish and molluscs can be pried open with minimal effort. In addition to the finely crafted blade is a molded synthetic handle imprinted with finger grips to prevent slipping and a wide hilt further protects the hands from the blade.
