RETURNS & REFUNDS
- If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will collect the item at our cost and replace it with a new one. In the event that we cannot replace the item we will refund you 100% of the purchase price. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- If you receive an item which you ordered and you were delivered the correct item and you do not want this item, the item must be returned to us at your cost. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. We will refund you 85% of the purchase price of the item.
- In the event that an item becomes defective and is covered by a factory warranty, we will arrange for collection of the item and will either repair, replace or refund in terms of the warranty.
