RETURNS POLICY

You may exchange most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery for a different item, voucher or full refund. Please see below for further information on how to return an item.

Incorrect item delivered

We take great care in making sure you receive the correct item. However, should we unintentionally deliver the wrong one, or if the product you receive does not match the image or description on our website, please notify us within 7 days, and we’ll collect the item from you at no charge.

Following which, you’ll have the choice of:

Receiving the correct product (Obviously at no delivery or other extra charges)
Receiving a voucher for the purchase price of the product
Receiving a full refund via your original payment method

Simply changed your mind about your purchase?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and so you may return most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see below for information how to package the return and how we process your refund. We’ll be happy to arrange a collection and replacement delivery for you on your behalf at the quoted courier fee. Once we’ve received your returned item, you’ll have the choice of:

Receiving a voucher for the purchase price of the product
Receiving a full refund via your original payment method

Please note that no refund is available if the item was received as a gift.

Damaged goods

Should you receive your item/s in a damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days. Please click here to send us your query, or give us a call on 010 597 3664. We’ll need relevant photographs so that we can assess how the damage occurred and use the experience to improve our service to you.

Once we have validated your return we’ll arrange collection of your item at no charge, after which you’ll have the choice of:

Receiving the correct product (Obviously at no delivery or other extra charges)
Receiving a voucher for the purchase price of the product
Receiving a full refund via your original payment method

All gift registry items will be delivered collectively in a single delivery after the event.

Early Shipping

Should you wish to receive the gift ahead of time so that you can take it to the event in person, please select Early Shipping - normal shipping rates apply.

You can also collect the gift ahead of the event in-store by selecting the Collect In Store option.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Unless otherwise stated on your item Buy Box, we strive to ship your goodies within 24 hours after receiving your payment.

Once your order is dispatched, please allow the following time to receive your order:

Gauteng 1-2 working days
Other Main Centres 2-3 working days
Regional Areas 2-5 working days
Remote Areas 5-7 working days

These delivery times are estimations, and although we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we CAN guarantee that your delivery will be strictly monitored until it arrives safely in your hands. You’re always welcome to call us on 010 597 3664 or email ordersonline@binuns.co.za to check in.

Delivery times

Couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 12h00 and 14h00 - 17h00 on weekdays only, and do not deliver on public holidays.

We deliver to shipping addresses within South Africa only.

Deliveries to game reserves and high risk areas may carry a surplus shipping cost. Should this be applicable to your order, we’ll be sure to notify you beforehand to arrange same.

All orders over R450 are delivered FREE to your door in South Africa.

If your order is under R450, we charge R70 for this service.

Our default delivery method is by courier to your door. Other delivery option include Pargo Pick Up and the SA Post Office, and you’ll have the option to select these during your checkout process.

(For very remote areas not serviced by our courier service providers, we deliver via Pargo Pick Up and the SA Post Office only, and we’ll make sure we’ve arranged this with you before we dispatch.)

Very few bulk heavy items carry a delivery surcharge.

In order to minimise this extra cost, the delivery surcharge rate is calculated according to your selected shipping address and area.

This amount will be calculated once you have entered your shipping details, and will appear on your checkout confirmation.
